TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You should send us your booking request once you decide which apartment you’d like to book.
You’ll receive an answer from us in less than 24 hours. It`s important you add email@example.com to your address book on your e-mail program to ensure you receive our e-mails.
We’ll send you a pre-reservation of the apartment with instructions you should follow to confirm your reservation. You should make a deposit of 50% of the total amount of your reservation (expenses to your account).
Once we receive your transfer in our account, we’ll send your booking confirmation, and instructions to get to the apartment.
We need to know your arrival time at least 2 days in advance.
There’s no check-in or check-out time, but the apartment would be ready for your check-in at 14:00, and you should leave it before 12:00 on the check-out date. But we are so flexible with this, and if you want to check-in before 14:00 or check-out after 12:00 depending on your travel schedule, we’ll try to help you.
Early (before 09:00) or late (after 21:00) arrivals will have an extra charge of 25.00 euro. We don’t accept arrivals after 02:00h.
You should bring a copy of the ID Card or Passport of the person responsible of the booking. This person will sign a document at his arrival outlining dates, price and conditions. This person will be responsible for the apartment during the dates booked.
Welcome breakfast products basket included in the rental price.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
The accommodation is cleaned prior to your arrival. Weekly cleaning (with change of linen and towels) is included in price for stays longer than 7 days.
If you need extra cleaning service, please let us know during the booking process. This service will have an extra cost that varies depending on the apartment.
On your departure the accommodation should be left in a reasonable condition.
If any kind of breakdown happens during your stay please let us know as soon as possible calling 00351 91 9090 595, and we’ll try to fix it quickly. We’ll contact you to the phone number given as your contact number if we need to access the apartment for any repair or maintenance.
NUMBER AND IDENTITY OF THE GUESTS
Only those guests included in the reservation will have the right of use of the apartment.
Presence of an adult (18 years or older) is mandatory during the rented period.
Pets will be allowed only with owner’s agreement. Please let us know during the booking process.
If any of the rules indicated is not met, myhomeinlisbon reserves the right to evict the client and his/her guests from the accommodation; thereby forfeiting the right to any compensation by the client.
In order to confirm your booking, myhomeinlisbon must receive a deposit of 50% of the total amount of your reservation. You may pay this deposit via bank transfer (expenses on your account) or we may charge the amount on your credit card (5% extra charge for credit card payments).
There’s also a damage deposit that you should pay at your arrival. The amount of this deposit is equal to the price of one night. The damage deposit is refunded at your departure, after the inspection of the apartment.
The remaining balance, along with the damage deposit, needs to be paid in cash upon arrival, unless otherwise stated. We also accept bank transfers for the final balance payment if they arrive to our account at least 24 hours before your arrival date.
Please note that the booking is not confirmed until the prepayment is received and until you receive the booking confirmation from myhomeinlisbon.
Payment includes the rental of the apartment furnished, clean, with linen and towels, light, gas and water expenses, and welcome breakfast shopping. Internet is included in those apartments with internet access.
CANCELLATION OR CHANGE
Please send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org if you want to cancel or change the dates of your reservation. We only accept cancellation or changes received via e-mail.
This is our cancellation policy:
• if you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date we will send you back the deposit (30.00 euro administration rate will be charged)
• if you cancel between 29 and 15 days before your arrival date we will send you back 50% the deposit (30.00 euro administration rate will be charged)
• if you cancel less than 15 days before your arrival date you will not be reimbursed.
Any changes in dates depend on the availability of the apartment booked. For changes made up to 30 days before the arrival, we’ll keep the previous deposit done to confirm the new dates. Changes made less than 30 days before the arrival date will have a charge of 50% the deposit done to confirm the previous booking.
You’ll receive a copy of each key needed to access the apartment. The loss of those keys means the non refund of the damage deposit payed at your arrival.
CARE OF THE APARTMENT AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You are expected to treat the apartment and all of it’s equipment with care. Any specific rules and regulations for the apartment and its surroundings must be respected at all times. If any damage is done to the apartment or its equipment, you must inform us immediately (00351919090595), so that repairs can be effected as soon as possible.
Guests are not allowed to lend or sublet the apartment to anyone.
You are also expected to show consideration and respect towards your neighbors. As no apartment is completely soundproof – everyone expects a low level of noise from neighbors – please be considerate of noise, particularly in the evenings and at night. Any kind of parties, high music, or noises that could bother neighbors ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
The person signing the rental agreement (the client) with the owner is expected to ensure that his/her guests will behave in a suitable manner. If that person or his/her guests not behave in a suitably responsible manner, the owner reserves the right to evict the client and his/her guests from the apartment; thereby the client forfeits the right to any compensation or reclamation.
Neither myhomeinlisbon nor the owner of the accommodation shall be made liable for any direct or indirect damages that may occur during the stay-period at the accommodation, including (but not exclusive to): injury to person or possession, losses because of fire, theft or criminal behavior. We are not either responsible of any problem with suppliers of services such as light, gas or water but please let us know as soon as possible if any of this happens (00351919090595) so we may fix the problem.

Booking an apartment through myhomeinlisbon means that you accept this conditions, and you are expected to respect those. We’ll ask you to sign a copy of this Terms and Conditions with the rental agreement at your arrival.
We thank your cooperation on those issues and we hope you’ll understand that this rules are necessary as the apartments are located in different residential buildings and we must respect the neighbors.
