Vila Berta is one of the most charming spots in Lisbon. This “Vila” constructed at the beginning of XX century and protected by the Portuguese Architectural Heritage Institute, has beautiful apartments that maintain their original design.
This cozy apartment in Graça, one of the most authentic areas of Lisbon, is a very quiet place, 2 minutes from Largo de Graça on the way of tram 28 very close to the most beautiful points of view of Lisbon: Miradouro de Graça and Senhora do Monte, and 5 minutes walking distance to Alfama, Castelo and the Ladra flea market.

The apartment is rented clean, with sheets and towels.
Price includes welcome breakfast products shopping and weekly cleaning service with linen and towels change

Payments made with Visa or Mastercard will have a surcharge of 5%
Minimum stay: 3 nights (2 night stays will have a surcharge of 25%)

Extra cleaning service with change of clothes: 60.00 to 90.00 euros (depending on the number of occupants).
